HEALTHY EATING TO ENHANCE YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM 

 Covid-19 pandemic is increasing in Peru and worldwide unfortunately. Though, a good higiene practice is the best way to avoid getting infected with the virus, doctors and scientists agree that having a good nutrition helps your immune systems fight back better against this Novel Coronavirus. So, these Peruvian dishes full of nutrients and low cholesterol level are recommended for every meal of day.

 Breakfast: A healthy Peruvian breakfast consists of eating a quinoa porridge, a piece of boiled sweet potato, a slice of paria cheese and a cup of aniseed.





 Lunch: For lunch, I eat Lima beans with rice, usually served with any sort of fried fish and a creole salad, almost once a week. Sometimes I eat a fruit salad and a glass of fresh lemonade. I hardly ever drink sweetened water.



 Dinner: I guess dinner has to be a light meal. I sometimes eat chicken broth, and always a roll of fresh bread - I prefer a kind of bread traditionally from Pisco, Peru, called “pan de agua”- with a good cup of tea to sleep peacefully. My final advice is: eat vegetables and fruits of different colors and never ruin a nutricious meal drinking sodas.
